Chose hotel for location near Vidhan Soudha, but impressed by free valet parking and WiFi. Enjoyed lunch at Finesse. Appreciated the free parking, café, and flat-screen TVs available. the hotel features a restaurant, health club, and conference center.

Disappointed by slow check-in and check-out process due to poor reception service. Housekeeping repeatedly disturbed despite "Do Not Disturb" sign.

My recent stay at Monarch Luxur on Infantry Road was for business, lasting three nights. the hotel's prime location allowed easy access to key areas like MG Road and Commercial Street, making it convenient for both work meetings and shopping excursions. the bed provided a comfortable night's rest, and the added service of quick airport drop-offs, though at an extra charge, was hassle-free and efficient. the standout feature was the exceptionally kind and helpful daytime reception staff, two gentlemen, and one lady.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was ideal, right in the center of the city. It made it so convenient for us to explore and visit all the local attractions. The service from the manager to the bell-boys was top-notch. They were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room amenities were excellent, including the air conditioning and soundproofed rooms which ensured a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. The hotel also offered a wide range of facilities, such as a fitness center and a business center, which added to the convenience of our stay. we were very impressed with the quality of service and level of comfort provided.

Great stay for Easter! Enjoyed the central location with easy access to everything we needed. Loved the comfortable beds and the breakfast selection was fantastic. Coffee and tea facilities added a nice touch.

There were some minor inconveniences. the bathroom was a bit small and lacked proper towel hanging arrangements.
